We have two topics today:

• Ordering Updates Interoperably
• Compressing Updates Interoperably

These are both about recent work to efficiently send a history of updates between peers, given that they might have different implementations, and features.

We're putting off one topic for the next meeting:

Signing Updates Interoperably

...which is exciting because it opens up a new space of P2P naming, routing, and state distribution, but it was too much to fit in today.
