Getting error No match found for "" in ledger dimension lookup

Dear all,

    Am using AX 2012 R3. I come across  with a strange issue in invoice journal(AP Module).

    In the invoice journal i created a line for ledger account type with 3 segment entry.

1.MainAccount

2. Project Id

3. Vendor

Here the issue is after selecting the mainaccount i tab to the next segment where the project id. but i could not able to get the lookup of the project Id and instead its throwing the error as "No match found for "".". Here, for that project Id only one value is exist and it contains the posted transactions as well.

Please help me to fix the issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi Sana,

Have you checked your accounting structure? Or maybe your project id is suspended for the company you're working in?

Another idea, did you click somewhere else, like in another line? I get an error message instantly when I try to leave the line and I didn't enter everything which is needed according to accounting structure.

Could you upload the image again please, I think you just used copy paste and unfortunately this doesn't work here. If you still need help regarding Microsoft Dynamics AX Development feel free to contact me.
