Forward to our phone conversation yesterday please find attached our invoice/payment and inventory ledgers. As we discussed there is a discrepancy between the books we have listed on consignment and the sales report provided by you, after having picked up all books on consignment in the store which is listed in the report.

I would appreciate it if we can resolve this asap. Thanks...
