As discussed on Monday evening, I have enquired about obtaining Employer's liability insurance. We can add this to our policy with Zurich at the cost of £112 for the year. In this context, volunteers are treated as employees. Remember that it only covers people if they have obeyed the policies and instructions!
This seems very reasonable, and I have arranged for it to be put in place.
