New Pedals?

I'll hopefully be picking up my new bike in a week or two, but it
looks like I won't be getting very far on it until I buy some pedals.

So, anyone got any recommendations?

I'm picking the bike up from Je James in Rotherham, so if any pedals
they stock look good it would be handy to get them at the same time.

After doing a bit of reading, I found some Gusset Slim Jim Magnesiums
at £39.99 (http://www.winstanleysbikes.co.uk/product/8374/
Gusset_Slim_Jim_Magnesium_Pedals), but I don't want to spend that much
if I don't have to. I also don't want to have to replace them too
soon either though, so am happy to pay if they really are good.

Any comments or other suggestions welcomed!

I'll have a word with mark think he only paid £20 for his but then changed
the pins for longer ones which give better grip
