Hello All,

I just want to make you aware, in case anyone has retained Lavery Law Firm, that Frank Lavery Jr. Esq. has been retained by the company building the Mariner East 2 pipeline and has been viciously interrogating landowner Ellen and Elise Gerhart in depositions this past week regarding their opposition to the pipeline. 

In my capacity at Energy Justice Network, Clean Air Council, or as a friend, if I have ever counseled you to retain Lavery Law in Harrisburg for eminent domain proceedings, I urge you to fire Frank Lavery and any of his associates.

I deeply regret that advice and handing out the property owners guide from their website. Happy to refer you to other attorneys if you need them.
