As yet the site cannot be handed over as there is a main water pipe
running somewhere across the site and the developers in their wisdom
have not transposed the map with the pipe on it to the map of the
site. Amending this could take a few weeks so fingers stay crossed for
a time yet.

It should be added that this info has come from the Parish Clerk and
the Parish Council meeting that we attended last night. Fingers
crossed the handover will be soon.

I went over to the site today and there have been some blue stakes put
in a line across the site, I presume these mark the water pipe so
hopefully the wait may be nearly over
