This was my second favorite mission from Blood Money, the first being A House of Cards. My preferred method is to leave my i silenced Silverballer in the storage box outside security, then go up to the Heaven party, wait for Martinez to go to the bathroom and use a poison syringe on him there, hide him in the stall and take his suit and briefcase.

Now either fight Maynard if you have a decent weapon or you can run to the elevator and jump up on top of it and wait a little while for Martinez to come down to the Hell area, strangle him from above, and take his suit and FN 2000 THEN fight Maynard.
