Installation Blocos on french windows

Hello,
I try to install Blocos on a French windows (XP and Seven),
unfortunately I'm
stuck on the choice of language, I want to use English, but a window
tells me
that it does not match my system then the application is blocked.
If you have an idea of how ...

I'm using latest source code :
Blocos (version 0.3.2). r141 tar gz
and I'v used Br_Gogo_python.exe
