Blocos with while block

Follows the patch for a version of Blocos with the block "while", it's the first version of the block, but it seems functional.

Regarding this message

Marcelo is a new member of Br-Gogo project.

His mission is to make improvements in Blocos and generate information to people how to generate new blocks.

HIs new first result is to generate the "while" block. In this first step he did a hack so that a while corresponds to procedure with a stop inside, without any impact in the firmware and the compiler See the generated code for details

It was test in Gogoboard not in Babuino

This new version is in sourceforge, so that people can download
