One of my students asked last week what the "position" block did. I
told him that I had no idea. What does it do?

This block does nothing. It serves you rearrange the code. Improving the visibility of the code.

I think you're talking about the "disposition" blocks, which indeed are
quite handy for keeping code readable. But in the control tab there is
a block labeled "Position". When you click on it, the parameter pane to
the right asks, "Change position of which motors?" and lists check boxes
for motors A, B, C, and D. What does this block do?

I have been reading  your interaction with Lucas.  Nice Job ...

The position blocks is used with It is  called position motors, this kind of motors are used by  aeromodel people. so the meaning of the numbers sent instead  the speed  means  the angle the motor is going to turn.

I am not sure that this kind of motor known as servo motors are implemented in Babuino

Oh, that's right...I had forgotten that the Br-gogo board drives servo
motors as well as dc motors. Thanks!
