installation in windows of babuino

hello,
im using the babuino (avr, arduino) to simulate the pic, in the
installation for windows I have problems, when i hit download arrow,
it freezes

(tnx to Doctek for helping in the babuino forum to get this far...)

this is the message:

also in hyperterminal is doing the loopback ok, so babuino seems to be
working

- what do I have to configure to make it work?, with 328 needs another
speed?,
what to do ..... this looks awesome but need to make it work,...

Can you use the python instalation? On the bottom of the page you will see some instructions.
Please do this and tell me if work.

Hi,
i did what is listed in the installation,
installed the python components, had to uninstall python 2.6 to make
it go with out errors (it had errors in pyserial and kiwi) after down
grade it went fine,

if i run the setup.exe from the downloads, this doesnt show the
message window, and it freezes in download

If I run the Blocos(R112) uncomprezed file, it shows the message
window, with previouse error, and freezes

- I see there is a driver in the instructions for windows (is this
only for the pic?), it doesnt ask me to need it??

- Also im using the v3 of babuino

Which windows do you use?
So, you run the Blocos from Windows installer and gets freezed ?
You can do anything with this software, like build a code?
And the svn build. Can you build a code ? Or the software don't get started .
How it's this babuino that you uses?
Uses a FTDI Chip?
Which number it's the new COM port in windows?

Can you explain me the error with pyserial and kiwi. This very important.

I already updated the site with the new tar file, please update your svn build.
Or you can just download the new file :
https://sourceforge.net/projects/br-gogo/files/br-gogo/host/0.3.0/Blocos_114.tar/download

The software it's not made for Babuino. So we do our best. Maybe this take a little.

yes, after doble click in blocos.py, it opens but with out the message

Downloaded the Blocos(R112), unzipped and doble click on blocos.py,
message window appears

yes is com port 3 in windows, tried with loopback test in
hyperterminal and is receiving

I had python installed before, version 2.6, the installer of the
br_gogo python have the 2.5, so when pyserial and kiwi where about to
be installed, they reported errors,
I uninstall the version 2.6 and tried again the br_gogo python
installer and it installed fine,

is the black monitor window where the information from like a shell is
displayed

tried this, unzipping, the blocos_114, the serial window appear, but,
same error,
I will try in different computer and different chips,
also from de SVN,

Please remove all the python from your computer, restart and instal this : https://sourceforge.net/projects/br-gogo/files/Br_Gogo_python.exe/download
and run the Blocos.py

OR

just install this :https://sourceforge.net/projects/br-gogo/files/Br_Gogo_python.exe/download

I think that will work.
