0. 17 release to PyPi?

I was it by issue #687 (the crash on newline after "jedi" completion) which was fixed in 0.17. My first inclination was to update through `pip`, but the 0.17 release was never put on PyPi. I have worked around this by manually `./setup.py install`ing, but others might not go that route.

Can this be pushed up to PyPi?
