Release of bpython 0.14.2

I'm happy to announce the second bug fix release of the 0.14 series. Here is
the changelog:

Fixes:

* #498: Fixed is_callable
* #509: Fixed fcntl usage.
* #523, #524: Fix conditional dependencies for SNI support again.
* Fix binary name of bpdb.
