Subject: ** Reminder ** CDA Housing Production NOFA Applications - Due March 12th, 2021 4:00 p.m.

This is a reminder that CDA will be accepting proposals from developers interested in facilitating the new construction or rehabilitation of primarily affordable, residential or mixed-use development projects ending 4:00 p.m. CST on March 12th, 2021.  The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) can be found on the CDA website. It is strongly recommended that developers consider including at least one property from Table 5, published in the Spring 2021 NOFA document, in applications made in response to this NOFA.

Respondents may return completed applications in the following ways:

1. Physical Copies – Applicants may submit one (1) complete application (either CDA For-Sale Application 2021 Spring or CDA Rental Application 2021 Spring, as appropriate) with original signatures bound by binder clip AND one (1) electronic version of the Excel-based CDA Application & Proforma emailed to CDA...@stlouis-mo.gov. Three (3) duplicate hardcopies of the complete application must also be provided separated by binder clip. These may be hand delivered to the Community Development Administration at 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis MO 63103.

2. Emailed Copies - Applicants may email a PDF of the physical application with original signatures AND a copy of the electronic version of the Excel-based CDA Application & Proforma to CDA...@stlouis-mo.gov. PDF versions of applications must be scanned in the correct order outlined in the CDA Notice of Funding Availability – 2021 Spring CHECKLIST OF REQUIRED ITEMS. See page 13 of the NOFA document.

3. US Mail / Courier - Applications received by US Mail or courier will be accepted but must be received by CDA PRIOR to the deadline of 4:00PM on Friday, March 12th, 2021. Applicants must also email a copy of the electronic version of the Excel-based CDA Application & Proforma to CDA...@stlouis-mo.gov.
