BPTP is really desperate to get rid of stock before the assembly elections!!! Governor of Haryana has already changed. Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Courts have already changed. It is just a matter of time when skeletons emerge from cupboards about unethical and illegal conduct of Mr Hooda Led Land Broker and Builder Raj. 

Once the Chief Secy is changed after the assembly elections, many judgement are expected against the corrupt bureaucracy.

Remember, Chautala Alone did not go to jail for corruption, he was sent along with a coterie of more than a dozen govt employees of all Ranks. These Employees did not only loose their livelihood, but also post retirement benefits. Same is likely to happen with the corrupt DTCP and HUDA representing the builders and land brokers team. 

Instead, BPTP should give this discount to all the existing buyers, treat them to Taj, apologise for non-business-like conduct and write off their unethical charges towards Electrical Substation, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Unethical increase in Super Area without Increase in Carpet Area, Excessive delay Penalties, Poor Maintenance of delivered projects, Charging Illegal Maintenance etc

Had they managed their conduct well, they would not have had to got this extreme.
