Builders trapped,, will now have to conclude in 4+2 years, wef april 12, all community buildings or loose land and money.

BPTP has charged crores of rupees towards club charges and god know where it is and when will it come up. As a buyer, club is supposed to be located as per the approved zonal plan and not in some remove sector 75 and take forever to come up. 

Its right time to nail down this creep which keeps justifying its unethical, unitlateral one sided story claiming more clubs will be constructed once habitation of 5000 is achieved. 

I guess no one signed for this anywhere in the agreement?
