Should BPTP area be moved to MCF??

A rather thought provoking even in Gurgaon where DLF areas have been transferred to MCG.

Should BPTP are be moved to MCF and owners of villas/floors/plots be saved on massive maintenance expenses, outsourced electricity, deficient roads, absent footpaths, unkept street lights, non existent sub station, devoid of sewerage treatment plant. 

In any case there is nothing much to be lost as buyers have been paying maintenance now for more than 3 years and in certain cases for more than 5 years but are reluctant to construct homes due to deficient services by BPTP.

Besides there is hardly anything to loose but to save on maintenance cost and probably push local administration to ensure minimum amenities and facilities till now avoided by BPTP.
