BPTP Princess Park residents

Princess Park is a residential project by BPTP in Sector 86, Faridabad. We ,the residents of Princess Park  are
creating this group to discuss common issues/concerns which we faced in daily routine.
This is non-political and group-ism free place where we can approach our ideas to make Princess Park best place to live.

Although, we do not have such basic problems right now like electricity,water,
security and inner roads.However, here is always a chance of improvement everywhere.Even it is
the responsibility of each and every individual to improve this place.

I would request you all to joins hands to set a extreme example.

hahahaha......Deepak Gupta ji....i think, you wrote these line to see the current situation of Princess Park.

Do not worry, we are trying our level best to improve the scenario and  if we all will on same platform then no body can stop us to do the same... :)

Hi All Residents,

Time has arrived  to show all our efforts and unity to BPTP Management. After a long discussion with residents to know their opinion about registration of society, we are calling a meeting on Sunday(03/03/13) at 4PM.

The meeting venue will be the BPTP office at E tower.

Going forward, we will appreciate  if you would be attending the meeting and share your concerns.

At the outset, I appreciate the efforts of Sh. Rajesh for improving the facilities in PP.

My view is that Registration of the society is essential at this point of time to better negotiate the issues with BPTP.

Hi..I have been in pp today to get my flat ready..there is one very important thing I noticed, that the park is very small , and even that will be surrounded by trees..it will give no space for us to sit or our kids to play at one common place..I suggest to bptp management that it would be better to atleast leave that ground open ( without trees ) and just put benches and swings there. It will save money for bptp also and will be better utilized for residents.

Hi..just to elaborate , I see no common place where we can have celebrations on holi , diwali , new year etc..I have been living in societies in gurgaon and such common get together places / parks are essential. We must talk to bptp management with this vision.

Agreed Deepak ji ...... but after so many escalation,  we could not  grab 10% resolution of our concerns....


Even, some guys are not happy when we write against BPTP false promises...... Even on yesterday i got call in morning to drop this google group....it was just advise or what, cannot say...!!!!!
