Non Registration of A-506 inspite of NOC fitout and keys given in January 2014

Hi All Members,

I am the owner of A- 506 in Princess Park and have just become a member of this group. I have a few queries which BPTP as usual takes ages to answer. The primary amongst them is non registry of my unit in A Tower. I have been after them ever since they handed over the NOC for fitout in January 2014. They have been giving me dangling replies with no specifications. the problem with me is that I reside abroad and it will be very difficult for me to come to Faridabad at short notice for Registry. i have been in Delhi since July 4 and am leaving on 02/08/2014. I requested them to get the registry done in this period. However they have simply refused because as per them reistry cannot be done till Occupany Certificate comes for Tower A and nobody can live in Tower A as registry for entire Tower A cannot be done. However I was surprised to see that a lot of families in Tower A had got the registry done and were living in the Tower. BPTP had no reply to this query of mine.

Please assist in resolving this issue of mine.
