Electricity related matters :-
1. Generator set installation as per requirement should be fix.
2. Big lamps required along with boundary wall
3. Govt light should be arrange on priority
4. At Main gate light should be installed. Emergency light should be put at
main gate.
5. Street light should be provided along with boundary wall on tigaon road side
from ews gate to septic tank back side on tigaon road.
6. Tower light Should be install at shopping area and park area.
7. Lighted Signage of tower’s should be install along with road for proper
visualization.
8. Lift and staircase light should be connected separately with common area
light and BPMS should ensure us in writing this will not cutoff in any
circumstance without prior notice to all resident.
9. BPMS should ensure all resident for uninterrupted power backup 24 hours.
10. Cable trays should be lay in basement area for connection of ventilation
fan and other electric points for proper visualization fuse tube light should
be changed immediately.
11. Emergency lights to be installed in stairs in case of power breakdown
Safety/ Security/Guards related matters :-
1. Wire fencing on boundary wall
2. CCTV camera to be installed at every floor and lifts for security purpose
3. Toilet for guards and all staff should be arranged
4. Drinking Water for security guards and all staff to be provide by BPTP
company.
5. Fan, mobile charging point should be arranged for guards
6. Grill should be raise of lobby area from ground floor to first floor bottom
slab because of security reason.
7. At ground floor lobby area grill should be covered with safety net to stop
dogs and cats.
8. Security guard should be hired from Govt. app. Security service.
9. Proper gate should be provide at emergency/Fire exit gate near to lift area.
10. Vehicle Identification / parking sticker should be paste on every vehicle
that would be provide by BPTP early.
11. Stair windows should be covered with grills
12. Convex Mirrors should be installed at turning
13. 2 floor deep basement open in central park. To be covered with safety net
immediately
14. Speed breakers to be installed at road of tower K,L, M.
15. Fire drill must be done regularly, fire hydrants must be checked regularly.
Project / Maintenance related matters :-
1. Club facility should be started immediately
2. Occupation certificate required from company
3. Seepage problem should be rectify
4. Temple site and temple should be provide by BPTP.
5. Intercom facility should be provide inside group free BY BPTP.
6. Play ground for children’s should be provide by BPTP. Basket Ball court
board repair pending for 3 months now.
7. Temporary gym area to be change to its actual location
8. Gym material to be increased as per total strength of people in our society
and as per agreed provision. These days residents are not using gym facility
properly because of shortage of material nobody can wait for long time for his turn.
9. Fountain should operate every day & incomplete fountain work should be
completed early.
10. Jogging/running track should be provided inside circle of tower’s.
11. Muddy area should be covered with grass & any other material. Kota
stoned to be replaced by mandhana stone.
12. Basement should be dry and clean all repair work should be complete.
13. Ventilation Fan should be install in Basement area.
14. Water leakage below cooling tower should be stop.
15. Flat number should be marked at parking in open area / covered area.
16. Vacate previous office site of BPTP and remove debris and develop area as
per layout plan
17. Broken/Damaged following items should be repair and replaced early road ,
foot path , floor tiles , floor kota stone,
Grill, Safety net, lift, hand railing.
18. Second basement ramp/landing should be operational early.
19. Electric Auto rickshaw should be provide to visitor’s for pick and drop
from main gate tower by BPTP.
20. Cover to back side with beautiful sine
board in front towers H , J™&˜M™
21. Texture paint should be done over outside wall of every tower which is
pending last five to six year's.
22. Completion certificate for tower and flat should be receive from BPTP.
23. Connectivity to main road from˜M tower should be complete early.
24. Cleaning machine should be used for cleaning
25. Water testing report should be shared with residents regularly.
26. Rain water harvesting should be rechecked and all tanks/ drainage pipes to
be cleaned before start of monsoon.
Duct
should be lay on priority for ventilation in basement -1 floor & -2 floor.
27. Underground entry passage near tower L should be started
28. Area behind swimming pool to be cleared and ready as per project map.
29. Pressure regulator should be installed and checked in all towers.
30. Letter boxes to be installed in all towers.
Lawns / Greens related matters :-
1. Green area to be developed
2. Fallen trees should be remove and plug
fresh tree there.
3. More benches required to sit in park area
4. At corner near tower A, on the parking side and in front of tower L , plants
to be cut to improve visibility. Grass to be planted there.
Swimming pool matters :-
1. Slippery tiles of swimming pool to be replaced
2. More showers to be installed even in open areas
3. Exhaust fans to be installed at Shower room
4. Swimming pool stair should be installed
5. Swimming pool to be covered from EWS side.
6. Evening Timings should be increased till 10 PM . On Saturday and Sunday,
pool should be open in day time also.
Lifts :-
1. Tower resident to sign the papers of Johnson person after completion of any
work
2. All lifts to work full time
3. Lift maintenance schedule to inform residents in advance
