Dear anil

After the sanction letter is submitted can u let me know how much time it has taken by bptp to issue tpa noc and ptm. I am expecting my sanction to come from bptp in the next 2 3 days. Will the time be enough for my loan disbursal.

Also what will happen if we pay some of the amount. What are they sayong about the interest amount. Had anyone talked with them. Who is the main person to talk with.
Also please share if anyones loan was disbursed from hdfc

Good to see the activity to connect the "PARK-81" community virtually, to start with. It is good activity to connect.
 
With reference to the concern of BPTP non-cooperation, i got the NOC & PTM on 19/05/2011 after a lot of efforts.
 
A.With reference to yesterdays email from BPTP, i find that from 28/05/2011 15 days are given to clear the dues.
B.Also, bank agreed to release the disbursement after receiving the documents.
 
I shall be ready to share with you all the experience of getting the Bank Loan, suggest if required, to help you get your loan done.

Frankly speaking From the date of signing the Agreement & TPA (around January end) BPTP gave me NOC & PTM on 19/05/2011.
 
Once your
 
Floor Buyer Agreement
TPA (Tri-partite agreement)
NOC (No Objection Certificate)
PTM (Permission to mortgage)
 
Then bank only takes the re-approval internally within a week (speaking of PNB), HDFC may take a day or two. Disbursal happens immediately after that may be in a day.
