Yesterday I went to bptp it is very clear that they do want to cooperate I gave my sanction letter of hdfc n asked for tpa noc and ptm. They are not willing to accept sanction letter saying that customr code is blocked and they will not give any documents. They asked to make arrangements from own sources alogn with interest.
They are really highhanded. According to them interest also will be charged from 1st and they will accept payment only if made along with interest.

What is others experience. Have anyone gone there and talked to them. It is realy surprising that even we have time to get loan disbursd they are refusing to provide documents

As per latest information, bptp is not extending the date. they are adamant on the last date and they say they have given adequate time. they had asked us to change the bank on april 15th that is what they say.

is there any updates from any one else

Hi Guys,

The same case with me as well. They are not listining to us at all. Now they have stop picking up the phone call and if you call their customer support nuber then it's will be on hold for hours and hours.

We all have to do somthing about this.
