PSK and Yaesu FTdx1200

Now please don't blast me to hard here, I am trying to learn about this PSK stuff.   I have a Yaesu FTdx1200 and I want to try to do the PSK thing,   Only one issue, I don't understand how its supposed to be hooked up using this rig.   I have my rig connected to the computer,  I use a logging program and it tracks the freq/mode. about all that I know it does.  If any elmer out there wouldn't mind working with me on making it work here, I would appreciate it.  

I am running windows 10,  USB cable to the rig

Hi Richard

You are almost in business, as CAT control of the Rig appears to be happening. Its probably a PTT issue.

I would recommend FLDigi as the data program you create PSK from. It handles  other Data programs too, including other PSK speeds, QPSK, RTTY and many more. I suggest you start by installing this and look at the help pages on line as to the next steps. Good luck
