Hi all,

Just wanted to share these 3 events happening today and tomorrow and 1 next week other than the people's forum I shared yesterday, These are all opportunities to empower yourself in different ways around our children's education.

1. TODAY: SSYP in Person Community Organizing meeting at 419 Shawmut ave from 6-7:30PM. No registration required. See the attached flyer  for more info.

3. TOMORROW: Join a community discussion of BPS' proposed changes to the exam schools admissions process this Wednesday 10/22 on zoom at 6:00 pm. Register at bit.ly/BPSExamSchoolsCommunityDiscussion 
4. NEXT WEEK and beyond: Join former CPC Rep Dr. Kim Parker for the first session of the Literacy is Liberation a series of workshops for caregivers about how they can help their children become strong readers.
