Good afternoon everyone! 

First, I apologize for all the annoying scam emails that have been coming in. I thought I had changed the group settings to stop it before, but since it has happened yet again, I guess that setting wasn’t the right one. 

Therefore, I went into the settings earlier and changed the permissions of the group to only allow emails from non-group members if they are approved by a moderator first. I hope this will do the trick!

Boston Public Schools insists on being a Google based school district however, the inappropriate use of this email distribution list makes me wonder how secure communications are at the district and why no one has stepped into regulated

This is a problem and it needs to be checked. It needed to be checked the first time. Until someone can secure this distribution list please remove me. I don’t feel like my information is safe with the group that is administering this email distribution list.
