This community forum will honor 50 years of parent and community advocacy for immigrant students in Boston — from the busing era to today’s fight to expand and protect multilingual programs in BPS.
We’ll watch a short film, hear powerful stories from families and organizers, and come together to build the movement for strong, equitable bilingual education.

Este foro comunitario honrará 50 años de lucha y defensa por parte de padres y comunidades en apoyo a los estudiantes inmigrantes en Boston — desde la era del busing hasta la lucha actual por proteger y expandir los programas multilingües en BPS.
Veremos un cortometraje, escucharemos historias poderosas de familias y organizadores, y nos reuniremos para fortalecer el movimiento por una educación bilingüe equitativa y sólida.
