Plot in Vedha Bhoomi Heights - Rejoice (on NH7 - 12 km from Devanahalli next to Nagarjuna Engineering College)

Hi Guys,

This is Kiran. One of my friend told about Vedha Bhoomi Heights layout (BIAAPA approved) which is next to Nagarjuna Engineering College on NH7 and 11-12 kms from Devanahalli.

They are quoting 1100 rupees per sft for phase-1 (22 acres) and they are promising all very good amenties like clubhouse, pool etc.

Like to know whether 1100 rupees per sft is a good value for money in that location with amenities which they are promising. Developments need to start and thats why they are saying it as low price (dont know how realistic it is).

Based on your comments and inputs from friends, I will make a decision.
