Attached is a copy of the official notice enclosing the agenda for the 2020 AGM. The 2020 Treasurers Report will also be made available at the AGM.
The club is continuing to call for nominations of positions for the 2020/21 season so should you wish to nominate yourself, or someone else, then please submit these in writing to myself (dylanm...@kpmg.bm) or Adam Richards (Adam.R...@law.bm). The positions available are as follows:

4. Mens XV Captain(s)
5. Mens XV Vice Captain (s)
6. Ladies Captain(s)

8. Public Relations Office (referred to Police Rec Club officer)
9. Bermuda Rugby Football Union representative

11. Mens / Womens Coach

The BPRFC AGM is an important event for the club which affords every member the opportunity to have their say in who / how the club should be run. Following the conclusion of the meeting light refreshments will be provided by the club. Masks must be worn to/from the meeting as well as when not sitting down. Please also ensure you maintain adequate social distancing at all times.
