ALL – please see the below from the Union.  It is important that we have a few of the police members down there volunteering and supporting this please – so please reach out per the below, and also let me know who has put their hands up for the BPRFC please.

The BRFU are looking for volunteers from each club to assist with BRFU fundraising duties at the Bermuda vs. Jamaica game and after-party on Saturday, March 9^th, 2019 from 12pm to 9pm. Please see below duties and email Ashley Godek (ashle...@kpmg.bm) or Gemma Godfrey (ge...@whitfield.bm) if you are able to help. Please be sure to include your available hours. Note, we endeavor to put volunteers in pairs, provided we have enough numbers to do so. Therefore, if you would like to sign-up with a friend please let us know and we will try to accommodate.

 

National Stadium duties from 12pm – 3:30pm (Two shifts of 1 hour & 45 minutes)

-          Collecting $5 entry donations at stairway entryway

-          Collecting $5 entry donations at ramp entryway

 

National Stadium duties from 12pm – 6:30pm (2 hour shifts, with the last shift extended for a 6:30pm finish):

-          Drink ticket & merchandise sales table

-          Bar staff (alongside limited Goslings bar staff)

 

Mariners’ Club duties from 7pm – 9pm:

-          Collecting entry fees
