Leading investment firm in Boston seeks a Senior Tax Associate to join
its finance departments. This role will handle tax research, matters
associated with limited partners and the review of external tax
advisor work.
The Senior Tax Associate will focus on multiple funds including credit
hedge funds, credit opportunities funds, market value CDOs and cash
flow CDOs. Will prepare quarterly tax estimates as well as annual tax
workpapers for external preparers. The Sr. Tax Manager will work
closely with preparers/advisors in preparing tax returns and K-1s and
review workpapers. Will also prepare daily performance reports,
monthly investor reports and quarterly/annual financial statements.
