Is BPMN 2.0 final and approved yet?

I heard through the grapevine that BPMN 2.0 beta2 has been stamped as
final version and approved by the OMG. Is this correct? If so, can any
one provide a link to a formal announcement that confirms this? If
not, does any one know what is the time frame for approval of a final
version? Thanks for your help.

Since no one has responded I assume that the spec is still not final.
I have seen no evidence to support that to-date.
