IBM Silicon Valley Lab is looking for business analysts interested in
participating in process design (BPM) usability studies.

The sessions will be held in September and will be about 2 hours in
length. Session times are flexible but generally they are from 9:00AM
to 6:00PM PST. Generally, these sessions are held at the IBM Silicon
Valley Lab in San Jose, CA. However, if you have a reliable high-speed
internet connection and telephone services, remote sessions are
possible.

Your professional background
• Recent professional experience as a business analyst responsible for
designing and managing the implementation of an efficient business
process
• Have specific knowledge about BPM and process design
• Have deep knowledge and experience in system design and
architecture.
• Work with IT people to complete the implementation.

Participants will be working with unreleased software products or
prototypes.
You need to be comfortable giving verbal feedback on interactions with
the product while being recorded. If you are interested, please reply
to this posting. A questionnaire will be sent to you to complete and
then reviewed by the usability team. The session pays $75 per hour,
plus there is a mileage stipend. You will be paid by check in 4-6
weeks.
