IBM Silicon Valley Lab is looking for those interested in
participating in business process design usability studies.

The sessions will be held in September and will be about 2 hours in
length. Session times are flexible but generally they are from 9:00AM
to 6:00PM PST. Generally, these sessions are held at the IBM Silicon
Valley Lab in San Jose, CA. However, if you have a reliable high-speed
internet connection and telephone services, remote sessions are
possible.

Your professional background
• Responsible for managing and optimizing efficiency of business
processes
• Work with other business teams to design and implement your business
process design ideas
• You offer your business expertise to improve the process design

Participants will be working with unreleased software products or
prototypes.
You need to be comfortable giving verbal feedback on interactions with
the product while being recorded. If you are interested, please reply
to this posting. A questionnaire will be sent to you to complete and
then reviewed by the usability team. The session pays $75 per hour,
plus there is a mileage stipend. You will be paid by check in 4-6
weeks.
