IBM is looking for individuals to help provide feedback on upcoming
products. The study will take place on-site, but remote testing is
also an option.

Your professional background
• Recent professional experience as a business analyst responsible for
designing and managing the implementation of an efficient business
process
• Have specific knowledge about BPM and process design
• Have deep knowledge and experience in system design and
architecture.
• Work with IT people to complete the implementation.

Participants will be expected to work with unreleased software
products or prototypes and should be comfortable giving verbal
feedback on their interactions with the product while being recorded.
The session should last no more than 2 hours and all participants will
be compensated for their time. Session days are Monday through Friday
from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

If interested please reply to this posting and a questionnaire will be
sent to you.

Thank You

HI
I and my consultants group are interested in participate playing as
one invividual where I'll be the unique contact. We are actually
working into the BPM world and have previous knowledge and little
experience diagraming using Pectra, and know tools as Visio, Ultimus,
VSM, and Lombardi. The reason why I'm proposing my group (3 people) is
because in that way we could be (at least one of us) available for the
testing sessions.
what's next?
regards

Hi.  The Usability Team would like each perspective participant to complete a questionnaire and return it to me.  I'll forward to the team for review.  If you're a match for their session I'll contact you to set up a day and time.

Thanks,
Sharon

Good morning,

I am responding to express our interest in the usability study. Our
growing interest in expanding BPM within our organization continues to
demand constant attention and study in this sector. Any help we may
be to you as well as providing us additional exposure could be
mutually beneficial. I have completed your survey, although I am not
sure if our level of BPM utilization is quite to the level you may be
looking for. As I am unable to attach the response here in the
thread, I will respond to the email in the user profile. Please
review the response and let me know if you are interested in our
participation.

Thank you,

ST

Hi Sandy,

Ideally, if you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, we'd like you to travel to our lab for the session.  If you live outside of this area we can provide a toll free phone number to call in to and a web conference link.

If you'd like to complete the questionnaire and return it I'll have the usability team take a look at it.
