The date for the first Yoga class has changed to Sept 22.  (next two classes will still be on the last Monday of the Month in Oct  27 and Nov 24)
 
   Classes will be one hour long.  We’d like to thank local Bloomfield resident, Juli-Anne Royes for volunteering her services and expertese in leading this program.  Juli-Anne is a Yoga Alliance Registered  Yoga Teacher. Juli-Anne brings the special practice of Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga fitness, to the lives of others. She teaches that yoga can bring an inner peace to those with a demanding, stressful lifestyle, and creates an inviting, fun atmosphere in her class so everyone can experience the sacred practice of Vinyasa yoga in their own special way.   In addition to teaching and continuing to study yoga, she is a nutritionist and healthy food product developer. This special knowledge enhances her understanding of the effects of a healthy lifestyle. Her goal is to provide a well-rounded and grounded experience in each class. She tries to find balance in her life so that she can enjoy the company of her loved ones and teaches Yoga to students at various locations. In addition to teaching and continuing to study yoga, she is a Nutritionist and Healthy Food Product Developer.
