This B-Plan won best Environmental Design Project in some place. It gives a very brief summary of everything that we must be looking to include, apart from individual operating costs. Do have a look at it, it's only one slide!

@Maunish, Som - Also attached is the included Process flow diagram, so we know now roughly what all tanks/reactors and how many processes are involved. We can start working on the details for these reactors.

hey  umm.......... in dat esterification , rectification and hydrolysis process, its nly labelled as these processes are being held, so umm........   do we  have to figure out what all is needed for these processes also ? I mean, regarding the set-up thing, am not clear with these 3 processes from the flowchart which is attached ! umm......... i will try lukin for these then !
