Unit testing with bpipe

Hi, 

I don't know if this group is still active or not. But I have a very naive question: how do I test a module/stage with bpipe?

Let say I implemented a bwa mapping module. How would I go implementig a unit test for it ?

Any small example is more than welcomed if possible.
