Hi Siddam,

That should be fixed in the latest nightlies for 1.6.2. Could you try installing the plugins in this zipped update site?

If you get an error about unresolved dependencies, please add these update sites to your Eclipse installation:

Kind regards,
Antonio

Hi Antonio,
I also encountered the Siddam's problem  and did the solution as you provide.Installation go smoothly but I find that the logo of bpelunit(Help->Installtion Details->Plug-in) is broken on eclipse and eclipse cannot find bpelunit via File->New->others.
Please provide the solution, thank you very much!
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Hongwei,

That probably means something in the dependencies of BPELUnit did not resolve properly. Could you look at the Eclipse "Plug-ins" view and look for the bpelunit plugins? There might be some error messages there that I could use.

Kind regards,
Antonio

Hi Antonio,

Thanks for your reply.

I look at the Eclipse “Installed Software” and find the messages “Third party dependencies required by BPELUnit, that are not readily available in any public P2 repository.”Just as the following picture shows.

What's more,when I add this update site

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/R20140525021250/repository/”, there are some warnings. I do not know whether it will affect.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Hongwei,

That feature is not an error: it's just a container we prepared for the things we couldn't find in any public P2 repository.

I'll have another look at it as soon as I can and get back to you.

Kind regards,
Antonio

Hi Hongwei,

I've tried to reproduce the problem, but I haven't been able to. I've followed these steps:

1. Downloaded Eclipse Luna SR.2 for Modelling from here:

2. Started Eclipse, added this update site:

3. Installed BPELUnit from the latest snapshot:

4. Restarted Eclipse, and tried creating a project and then using "File -> New -> Other -> BPELUnit TestSuite".

Could you try these steps from the beginning and let me know if it works for you? If it works from a clean Eclipse installation and not from yours, there might something causing a conflict.

You could try going to the Console view, creating a new OSGi console, searching for the BPELUnit plugins with "ss bpelunit" and then running "diag bundle_id" to see if there's anything that is preventing that bundle from being started.

Kind regards,
Antonio

Hi Antonio,

Thanks for your kind help. It is working now. I guess, the reason may be that the installing sequence is incorrect. I will continue to run the BPELUnit Test Suite with the case ‘HelloProcess’ ,according to the tutorial came from ‘http://www.se.uni-hannover.de/pages/en:tutorials_bpelunit_hellobpel’.

Thanks again!

Hi Hongwei,

No problem! I'm glad it's working now.

Kind regards,
Antonio
