New feature in private repo: Dependencies between Test Activities

Hi,

I have checked in a comparatively small change that allows the tester to define execution dependencies in a BPTS, i.e. that a send in a partner track A must only be executed after a receive in another partner track has been finished. All activities can have an id attribute and a dependendOn attribute. The former should be self-explanatory while the latter is a IDREFs to the IDs of all activities that must be completed before this activity is executed.
