Dear All,
It appears that Mr. Ravishankar Bharat had some grievances against the conduct of certain higher office bearer(s) of the Party. In an organization anyone can have grievances against anyone. Howsoever ill-defined the internal organization may be but there are certain logical processes by which these kind of difference of opinion can be resolved without affecting the discipline and integrity of the organization. Talking to the person, against whom someone has grievances, is the first step towards amicable solution of any conflict. But Mr. Ravishankar Bharat bypassed this very basic step and instead "discussed" the alleged misconduct of the National President with few other individuals. This approach seems to be motivated by perseonal vendetta.
The evidence presented was sufficient to establish his guilt prima-facie. A notice was served to Mr. Ravishankar Bharat seeking an explanation of this behavior. The stipulated time period has expired and the said person has not even bothered to tender an explanation.
In the larger interest of the organization of the Party, by making use of the powers vested in the seat of National President by the Party constitution and other relevent resolutions passed from time to time, I am hereby suspending Mr. Ravishankar Bharat from the primary membership of the Party with immediate effect. He is supposed to not to misuse his past association with the Party in any way, failing which will invite appropriate legal action.
Meeting of National Working Committee of the Party shall be convened within a week to approve/disapprove this action. Ravishankar Bharat can present his case for a re-assessment during the National Meet to be held as soon as possible.
It is also to bring into kind notice of everyone that the UP state working committee has expired on February 2009. The executive positions of the working committee including the position of State President and Chief General Secretary had fallen vacant. The SWC will be constituted as soon as suitable candidates have been identified.
