So we know how many barrels of Abbot to get if you could let us know how many people you've bringing with you that would be much appreciated:
All information confidential to gliding club secretary, club admin and Gary Jackson, please don't ask us to share this Google doc with you because it's just not allowed in this new rock and roll age of internet privacy.
- Loos, showers, bar and catering onsite - see last years welcome info pdf to be found at: http://www.dlgc.org.uk/BPCupPeakRoundInfo.pdf
- Water tap points but no hookups, electricity or cable.
- Free WiFi round most of the campsite.
- Well behaved dogs, cats, rabbits and children welcome.
Just like last year, a limited number of bunk rooms are available in the club house, but now with brand new beds - so no using them as a trampoline. Just a short crawl from the bar. To book a room (mostly singles, two twins) for all or part of the week please call the gliding club office Mon-Fri 9am to 1pm on 01298 871270.
Weather reality check - the gliding club has been flinging gliders in to the air for most of the summer - just not every day but most of them and on some days, not all day. And we see our floppy friends in the air quite a bit too. Expect to fly. We do (both expect to and fly).
