Hey everyone.

Dan just placed a brochure in my box advertising an opportunity to
work with Youth With a Mission in their School of Environment and
Resource Stewardship. YWAM is a great organization, offering mission
opportunities of almost any kind around the world. This particular
opportunity involves 13 weeks of classroom learning on their Ponderosa
Ranch campus in Southern Colorado. You would learn about environmental
stewardship, the interaction between environment and economy, a
biblical perspective on environmentalism, forestry, soil conservation,
survival skills, appropriate technologies...

After the classroom setting, you would spend 11 weeks applying the
material (the first 3 in the Western US with latino, or ranching
communities, and the final 8 weeks overseas-east Africa, Central
America, South Asia... lots of possibilities).
