What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Psalm 139 in the ESV.
2. Look at the tooltip in the header bar.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The heading you get is:
Psalms 139: 24 verses
* Search Me, O God, and Know My Heart
* To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David.

I don't think the second heading should be there, since it is a second
heading for the same verse, and it is not a section heading in the same
sense as the rest of the ESV section headings. It just feels confusing.
There are many Psalms like this.
