What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Just opening the "Manage Topics" mode creates this error message.

What do you see instead? SEE ATTACHMENT

What version of the product are you using? 0.4.7
On what operating system? Vista

I'm sorry, but I have never seen this error message before and am not sure
why it happens. Does it happen if you restart BPBible, or is it just
something that happened once?

Are you using the PortableApps version, or the normal version?

This error message shows up every time I have BPBible and open the "Manage
Topics" mode.

I use the normal version.

I sorry. I miss reported the cause of this error. The error message shows
up every time I use the BPBible and open the "Manage Topics" mode by
clicking on the "Bookmarks" blue bubble on the bible page where it appears.

Sorry, I didn't have any immediate answers so this dropped off my radar.
I'm still a little perplexed that it should be happening at all. One thing
that would be worth trying would be to download the latest 0.5 beta and
install it in a different directory and see whether that makes any
difference. Could you please try this?

Closing because no comment for several years, cannot reproduce, and the bug
report refers to a very old version.
