I'm sorry, but I can't really guess from that information what is not
working. Could you please answer a few questions:
1. Which Bible were you using? (e.g. KJV, ESV, ...).
2. Were Strong's Numbers showing when you first started?
3. If you open the Display menu, is "Strongs Numbers" ticked? How
about "Strongs Underneath"? If not, what happens if you click on them?
4. Which operating system are you on? (e.g. Windows XP? Windows Vista?)
5. Which version of BPBible are you using?
