BPBible 0.4.5 release

I have just released BPBible 0.4.5, with comments on verses,
significant improvements to topic management, selection of book name
language, and other improvements. A fairly complete list of changes

Changes in 0.4.5 have now been merged into the XUL branch.

Some of these changes and this release have been done in more of a
hurry and with less testing than I like. If you see anything wrong
with either the release notes, the documentation, or the application
as it stands, please comment on it (NB: lack of InstallManager is not
"wrong" ;) ).

BPBible Portable 0.4.5 Pre-Release 1 has been released at http://portableapps.com/node/20038.  Official release at PortableApps.com should be within a day or two.
