One of our users has taken the trouble to produce a video demonstrating installing it on Ubuntu (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wkSQF6bOy0). While this shows that the installation process isn't quite as easy as it is on Windows, it still gets some interest.
Also interesting is the fact that in one of the steps it actually installs Xiphos as well as the Sword libraries, though I don't think it is actually being used. Aren't dependencies great?
