Migration to Github commenced

Hi all,

As previously mentioned, I have been planning for a long time on moving BPBible to Github.

I have now finally set up an organisation and repository.  It has all the commits, release tags, and branches that the Google Code SVN repository had.  I've also put all the downloads for the different releases there.

You can find the repository at https://github.com/bpbible/bpbible.

I think we still need a new release before completely moving from Google Code, and will be looking at doing that soon-ish (there are a few bug-fixes that have been sitting in the repository for a while).

Let me know if you've got any questions or concerns (or if you can see an obvious mistake in what I did).
