Hey we have a mailing list, I figured I should use it!

I've finally come up with a new design for the update system and repo
and should start implementing it soon.

I've also been using git for working on freenet and maybe we should
switch, i've got to say i dont think ive seen any better gui for
looking at code changes than the google code one but with git you
store a repository on your local computer so there is probably some
client software for doing that

And bati has written a guide at

http://code.google.com/p/bpack/wiki/HowTo

I'm doing good, half way through exams, the sun is shining and both
bpack & freenet are going good.

Everything works well except the stupid qhttp. It sometimes decides not to download certain tarballs. (it "downloads" them but they are smaller than they should be, corrupt download). I'm trying to work out why terminal segfaults.

It's probably in wget where it reads it and writes it to the file, it
has a loop or something. I cant work on it til next week.

No worries. I wish I had my temporary tools from LFS :(. I want to start over again using bpack. I can't even remember half of the stuff I installed :|
